Provider Firms wishing to subscribe to the ULoA Service must contact Origo Sales to discuss their requirements. See www.origo.com or www.origo.com/contact-us.
After agreeing Terms and Conditions etc. with Origo Sales, the Customer Services team will arrange for the Provider Firm to be added to the ULoA Live Service. The process will add the new Provider Firm to the service and will initialise their team structure so that they are ready to receive and fulfil LoA requests.
The process requires the firm to identify at least one individual who has a Unipass Identity to be their first ULoA user and be assigned Administrator privileges. Additionally, firms must confirm some configuration settings to control which requests they receive digitally etc.
NB. While someone may be assigned administrator privileges during registration, they do not need to continue to perform day-to-day administration as the “Administrator” role can be assigned to one or more of the of other staff the initial administrator adds to the system.
